Detailed curriculum coming soon
We're finalizing the lesson-by-lesson outline for our ACLS course. The training itself is built around the latest American Heart Association ECC guidelines and covers every algorithm, skill, and assessment you need to be exam-ready and clinically confident.
The CPR was super easy to follow. The video lessons were simple, and the visual examples made the steps much easier to remember :)

Home Care Aide
I decided to buy the CPR course after something scary happened while my husband and I were at a restaurant. A man at the table next to us started choking and couldn't breathe. Thankfully, someone helped him in time and everything turned out okay! After that, I realized I wanted to know what to do if something like that ever happens again. Thank you for this CPR & AED course, everything was clear and really well done!

Who Needs ACLS Recertification?
ACLS recertification covers the same clinicians who needed it the first time — the people running or assisting adult resuscitations. If you're in one of these roles and your card is approaching its two-year mark (or has already expired), renewal keeps you eligible for code team assignments, procedural sedation privileges, and hospital credentialing.
Emergency Department
ER physicians, ER nurses, ED PAs and NPs, charge nurses, and trauma response teams.
Critical Care
ICU, CCU, neuro-ICU, and surgical ICU nurses; intensivists, respiratory therapists, and rapid response team members.
Procedural & Interventional
Cath lab nurses and techs, electrophysiology lab staff, IR nurses, OR nurses, and CRNAs administering moderate or deep sedation.
Pre-Hospital & Transport
Paramedics, flight nurses, critical care transport teams, and field training officers.
Hospital Medicine & Specialty
Hospitalists, cardiology fellows, electrophysiologists, anesthesiologists, and nephrology staff running dialysis emergencies.
Advanced Practice & Education
NPs, PAs, nurse educators, and simulation lab staff who teach or proctor megacode scenarios.
Why Choose Online ACLS Recertification?
If you've run codes for two years, you don't need a slow walk-through of what a defibrillator is. You need a focused refresh on the algorithms, a quick check on what's changed in the latest guideline updates (vasopressor timing, post-arrest temperature management), and proof to your credentialing office that you're current. Online recert is built for exactly that — most experienced providers finish in 2 to 3 hours.
Schedules are the real problem with renewal. A traditional in-person class is a full or half day off the floor. Online, you fit it around your shifts: an hour in the call room, another at home, a final pass on the megacode scenarios before the exam. Unlimited attempts mean a long shift the day before doesn't cost you a re-test fee.
Our ACLS recertification is accepted nationwide by hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, and clinics. Check your employer's policy first if you're unsure — and if they don't accept it, we refund you in full.
Frequently Asked Questions About ACLS Recertification
Got questions? We've got answers.
When should I renew my ACLS certification?
ACLS is valid for 2 years. We recommend starting your recertification 1–2 months before your expiration date so a code-team or procedural-sedation assignment doesn't get blocked by an expired card.
What if my ACLS card has already expired?
You can still take our ACLS recertification course even if your card has lapsed. There's no grace-period rule forcing you back into the initial course — complete the renewal and your updated card is available the same day.
Who qualifies for ACLS recertification?
Recertification is for providers who currently hold or recently held an ACLS card and just need to renew. If you've never been ACLS-certified, take the initial certification course instead.
Is online ACLS recertification accepted by employers?
Our certifications are based on the latest American Heart Association guidelines and are accepted nationwide by hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. We offer a full money-back guarantee if your employer doesn't accept your certification.
How long does ACLS recertification take?
Most experienced providers finish in 2–3 hours, fully self-paced. The exam is included with unlimited attempts at no extra cost — fatigue at the end of a long shift won't cost you a re-test fee.
When do I get my updated ACLS card?
Your renewed digital ACLS card is available for download instantly after you pass the exam. Save the PDF, print a wallet card, and send it to credentialing the same day.
What is your money-back guarantee?
If your employer rejects our ACLS recertification for any reason, contact us with proof and we'll issue a full refund.
