Terms of Service
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Welcome to Pulse Medical Certification ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Pulse Medical Certification LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered address at 1111B S Governors Ave #57746, Dover, DE 19904, USA. By accessing or using our website at pulsemedcert.com and purchasing or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Pulse Medical Certification provides online medical certification and recertification courses, including but not limited to ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPR. Our courses are designed for healthcare professionals and individuals seeking life-saving skills training.
2. Accreditation & Acceptance
Pulse Medical Certification is an independent online training provider. Any references to ACLS, BLS, PALS, or CPR refer to the general subject matter and are not claims of affiliation with any specific organization.
Our certificates are widely accepted by employers across the United States. However, acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of each individual employer, school, licensing board, or regulatory body. We strongly recommend that you verify with your employer or institution that our certification will be accepted before purchasing, especially for licensure-bound or clinical roles.
3. Account Registration
To access purchased courses, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Course Access & Entitlements
- Standard Courses: Purchasing a standard certification or recertification course grants you a single-use entitlement to complete the course material and attempt the certification exam.
- Lifetime Access Courses: Lifetime access courses allow unlimited attempts at certification exams for the purchased course.
- Bundles: Course bundles include multiple course entitlements as described on the product page at the time of purchase.
5. Certification & Certificates
Upon successfully passing a certification exam, you will receive a digital certificate with a unique credential ID. Certificates are verifiable through our online verification portal. All certificates expire two (2) years from the date of issuance. To stay certified, standard entitlement holders must purchase a new recertification or certification course, while lifetime entitlement holders may simply complete a new exam attempt within their existing lifetime entitlement.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our e-commerce partner (Shopify).
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason — including if you have already started the course or received a certificate — you may request a full refund within 60 days.
How to request a refund: Email support@pulsemedcert.com from the email address used at purchase, including your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content without written permission.
- Use automated tools to access, scrape, or interfere with our services.
- Misrepresent your certification status or alter certificates in any way.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content, exam questions, certificates, and branding are the intellectual property of Pulse Medical Certification. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Educational Disclaimer
Our courses are educational in nature and are intended to supplement, not replace, hands-on clinical training. Certification through our platform does not guarantee competency in a clinical setting. Always follow your employer's and regulatory body's requirements.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Medical Certification shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pulse Medical Certification and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your misrepresentation of your certification status; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms — including but not limited to sharing account credentials, committing fraud or chargeback abuse, scraping our services, or misusing certificates. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@pulsemedcert.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Pulse Medical Certification agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@pulsemedcert.com and allow us thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
