Can we mix courses, certifications, and recertifications for a group discount?
Yes, you can combine them in one order. Your discount tier is based on the total number of certifications you purchase. For example, six BLS certifications and six ACLS recertifications count as 12, qualifying for the 10–19 tier. Include the quantities you need in your inquiry and we’ll put them on one quote.
Can you create custom training scenarios for our team?
Yes, custom scenarios are included with every group order at no extra cost. Send us a short brief about situations your team may face, such as an emergency in a dental practice, childcare setting, or fitness studio. Our medical team creates decision-based scenarios around those situations and adds them to your team’s course.
Can we pay by invoice, PO, or ACH?
Yes, we accept credit card, ACH, and purchase orders. We issue invoices in your organization’s name with Net-15 payment terms.
Do all team members need to finish at the same time?
Each learner can start and finish on their own schedule, so your team can train in stages around shifts and renewal dates. You can distribute coupon codes over weeks or months as people are ready to begin.
Can we reassign unused seats to other team members?
Yes, you can reassign unused seats to other team members at any time. Just contact us and let us know who should receive the seats, and we’ll take care of the reassignment.
Can a manager track enrollment and certification status?
Yes. Every group purchase comes with an admin dashboard where you can see, for each member of your group: enrollment status, course progress, completion date, certification issue date, and expiration date. Whether we enroll your team from a roster or you distribute coupon codes, everyone shows up in the same view.
Do you offer recertification reminders for the whole team?
Yes. The admin dashboard surfaces upcoming expirations, and we can send reminder emails to your team (or to you as the admin) before each learner's certification expires, so renewals don't fall through the cracks.
