Your tier is based on the total number of seats across every course, certification, and recertification in a single order. A team of 12 buying a mix of CPR and BLS still qualifies at the 10–19 tier.

Do you really build custom training scenarios for our team?

Yes — and it's included with every group order at no extra cost. Tell us the situations your team actually faces (a patient fainting in the dental chair, a swimmer pulled from the pool, a child choking at daycare, a collapse on the gym floor), and we'll build branching, decision-based scenarios around them and add them to your team's course. As many as you want. No add-on fees, no minimums.

Can we mix certifications and recertifications in one order?

Yes. Mix and match freely — quantities are combined for tier pricing. Just tell us the rough split in your inquiry and we'll quote it on a single invoice.

Can we pay by invoice, PO, or ACH?

Yes. We accept credit card, ACH, and purchase orders. We invoice in your organization's name. Net-15 terms are available for established organizations on orders above a reasonable threshold — just ask.

Do all team members need to finish at the same time?

No. Each learner works at their own pace. Coupon codes don't have a tight expiration, so you can roll people in over weeks or months as schedules allow.

Can a manager track enrollment and certification status?

Yes. Every group purchase comes with an admin dashboard where you can see, for each member of your group: enrollment status, course progress, completion date, certification issue date, and expiration date. Whether we enroll your team from a roster or you distribute coupon codes, everyone shows up in the same view.

What if someone doesn't complete the course?

Unused coupon codes can typically be reassigned within a reasonable window. If a learner can't finish, just reach out and we'll work with you.

Do you offer recertification reminders for the whole team?

Yes. The admin dashboard surfaces upcoming expirations, and we can send reminder emails to your team (or to you as the admin) before each learner's certification expires, so renewals don't fall through the cracks.
