If you’re earning these credentials for the first time, choose certification. If you’ve held them before and are ready to renew, choose recertification. Both options give you access to the learning materials, practice scenarios, and final exam for each course.

Yes, you can use our recertification option even if your provider card has already expired. You’ll be able to review the course materials, take the exam when you’re ready, and receive a new two-year provider card after passing.

Yes, you can complete all the lessons, practice scenarios, and final exams online. There’s no classroom visit to arrange. Use your computer, tablet, or phone to study whenever you have time, and pick up where you left off when you return.

You’re free to complete each course on your own schedule and in any order. Your progress is saved separately, so you can finish one course now and return to the next when it suits you. If your current cards have different renewal dates, you can plan each exam around its own deadline.

Completing the bundle earns you 12 continuing education credits in total: 8 for ACLS, 4 for BLS. You earn the credits for each course as you complete it, whether you choose certification or recertification.

You’ll receive two separate digital provider cards, one for each course. Each card is ready to download from your dashboard as soon as you pass that course’s exam, so you don’t need to wait until you’ve finished the whole bundle. Every card is valid for two years from its issue date.
