Got questions? We've got answers.
Are your certifications accepted by employers?
Our courses align with the latest 2025 AHA and ILCOR guidelines for resuscitation education, and our digital provider cards are accepted by hospitals, clinics, schools, and workplaces nationwide. We always recommend confirming specific requirements with your employer or licensing board before enrolling.
How long does it take to complete a course?
Most courses can be completed in under one to two hours, especially by experienced providers. New learners may take a bit more time, but it is generally a single sitting or a few short sessions. The platform saves your progress automatically, so you can study at your own pace and return whenever it fits your schedule.
How do I receive my certificate?
After you pass the final exam, your digital provider card is issued instantly. You can download the PDF, email it to yourself or your employer, and share the verification link — all from your dashboard.
What is the difference between standard and For Life certifications?
Standard certifications cover one certification cycle and issue a 2-year provider card. When the two years are up, you purchase another certification to recertify. For Life certifications also issue a standard 2-year provider card and still require passing the exam to recertify every two years, but you only pay once. You can recertify with us every cycle forever, and we send the reminders so you never miss a recertification.
Do you offer group or bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer tiered group discounts for teams, clinics, schools, and enterprises. Visit our Group Discounts page to request a quote.
What happens if I do not pass the exam?
You can retake the exam, there is no additional fee. Review the lessons, focus on the areas you missed, and try again whenever you are ready.
